All of our eggs are carefully packaged and cushioned using appropriate protective materials to help ensure they arrive safely.

However, chocolate is naturally delicate and, on rare occasions, minor cracks or breakages may occur once parcels are in transit with the courier. By placing your order, you acknowledge that while we take every reasonable step to package items securely, we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during delivery.

If your order arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of both the product and outer packaging so we can review the issue.
