We (hopefully) have answers! And if we don't, just send us an email here and we'll find one for you. We update this list of Frequently Asked Questions regularly so that we can be sure to give you the most update info on all things as fast as possible!

Q Should i store my chocolates in the fridge?

​Ideally no, we advise you store in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight. if you do store in fridge please bring back to room temperature before enjoying them, they should be "melt in the mouth"

 

Q How long will Bonbons keep ?

All of our Chocolate bonbons boxes have a Best Before Date of 2-3 weeks from date of delivery ( if they last that long) after this some of the quality may start to deteriorate. All of our chocolate Bonbons are FRESH ( we don't use preservatives ) they all have ingredient, allergen and "Best Before Date" labels, but any concerns regarding shelf-please drop us a line here

Q What Allergens are in the chocolates?

All allergen information is listed within the product description on the "shop" pages and can be found on the product labels. Our products are made in a kitchen that uses and handles ALL allergen groups and therefore may contain traces of including Eggs, Dairy, Soya, Sulphur Dioxide, Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat Inc Gluten, Sesame, Mustard, Lupin, Tree Nuts, Fish, Celery, Crustaceans.

Q Is it Fair Trade chocolate ?

Even better! Our chocolate comes from two companies-

Callebaut who are part of the Cocoa Horizons Project, who work with the farmers ensuring high price for their cacao and elevating them from farmers to cacao craftsmen and Italian Icam Chocolate who again, are committed to sustainability, fair prices and looking after there people and paying a fair price for the cocoa.

 

​Q How long is delivery?

We advise within 24 hours of dispatch date. All orders will be dispatched weekdays Mon-Fri using Royal Mail 24hour tracked service. We don't currently dispatch on Saturday/Sunday as your chocolates will be sat at Royal Mail until the next working week. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email and tracking information.

Q What does a "pre order "item mean?

Any of the products that are available to pre- order are made to order and not an  "in stock" product.

A dispatch week is written within the product description.

 Q If I buy "Pre-Order" and "In stock" item together, will my order be shipped separately? 

No. If you want to get an "In Stock" item soon, please make payment separately.
