Chocolatier’s Top Tip
At room temperature the filling of the bar will be solid in texture. This is perfect this way- however if you prefer the filling to be gooey and softer in texture microwave the bar without packaging for 10-15 second’s and this will make the filling softer and molten. The bar can be enjoyed either way.
